Group Sessions

Group Health Coaching sessions are based on a small group format (ideal size is: 5-8 participants). And includes education and skills in nutrition, physical and emotional well-being using expert coaching where the qualified Health Coach facilitates and guides the group.

The group is a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for creative exploration to support members to define and focus on their own goals and action plans.

The team creates strong motivation for members where clients initiate and persist in their healthy changes as they move toward optimizing their health and well-being.
