As of May 2022, I switched to a meat-eating diet, which varies between animal-based and carnivore. This change was suggested by my doctor, Thanos Efthimiou. Since adopting this diet, I have experienced significant improvement in my overall health and well-being. As of October 2020, after a six-month period of a vegan diet, I developed an anxiety disorder, during which, in addition to anxiety, I experienced poor and decreased mood, as well as many sleep problems.
